I noticed the nicest makeup
recently on a pretty young girl.
It inspired me enough to try. And
I love the results. She lined her top
eye lid with white. I have not found a
white eyeliner yet, and have tried it with white eye shadow. It makes your eyes pop! Your eyes look brighter and more awake. I have
gotten quite a few compliments with this style. I apply the white eye shadow close to my eye
and then line my eyes with black eye liner.
